"You laugh at me because I am different, I laugh at you because you are all the same"

A Month Break.

I hope the fuzzy slippers I gave you, remind you of me. I hope the stuffed animal I gave you, reminds you of me. I hope the lunch you eat today, the water and juice you drink, reminds you of me. I hope every memory of us kissing, laughing, and holding hands, reminds you of me. I need all those things to remind you of me because I need you. Even though we’re still together, this hurts. Even though you still love me, and I know you’re going to miss me, this hurts. The one person I thought that wouldn’t leave me, at least for a little a while, just did. And I know its a break, but it doesn’t stop my fingers from shaking, the tears from falling, and  the constant jolt of pain in my heart. You are my best friend, and you too understand me better than anyone else has ever, but I want to more than just a best friend with you. You’re my person. And I want to be mad. I want to be angry, but so much energy is going into the thoughts I have, that I can’t. And I’m praying to the ceiling, as I just looked at it  five minutes ago and said “I hate you”, that some time soon, you’ll realize how much you need me, and tell me this whole thing is over, and we can be together again.

And if not, this is going to be a very long month for me. A very long, and fearful month. Which I will write on tumblr, ‘til this ends.

Dorothy: Now which way do we go? Scarecrow: Pardon me, this way is a very nice way. Dorothy: Who said that? [Toto barks at scarecrow] Dorothy: Don’t be silly, Toto. Scarecrows don’t talk. Scarecrow: [points other way] It’s pleasant down that way, too. Dorothy: That’s funny. Wasn’t he pointing the other way? Scarecrow: [points BOTH ways] Of course, some people do go both ways.
